Creative Cabbage: Founder + Intuitive Business Strategist

I work with growing businesses to articulate their strategic priorities and define a path to implement them. I specialize in businesses that are on the verge of their next growth phase and are looking to do so in a way that is truly reflective of their business and makes sense for them. Many of my clients are women who have left their corporate careers to build companies that solve the problems of their industries in a new and innovate way disrupting the “that’s the way it’s always been done” mindset.

Appirio: Senior Salesforce Consultant

PNC Bank: Lead Commercial Business Analyst

• Aligned strategic processes for twelve discreet commercial banking business units across sales and service to identify commonalities versus unique business attributes

• Coordinated seven year roadmap for the implementation and migration timeline of Salesforce for all consumer and commercial banking units, totaling 4800 commercial users and 30,000 enterprise users

• Developed detailed business sales and service flows for commercial banking through alignment of executive leadership and c-suite across all commercial lines of business

• Led comprehensive discovery sessions encompassing 75 commercial roles to define overall project requirements and those prioritized for phase one

• Implemented the phase one Lightening based commercial sales strategy for commercial banking’s first 2500 users overseeing two commercial crews to maintain strategic vision

• Identified functional and data requirements for phase one Salesforce integrations with five external systems

The First Tee: Business Analyst

• Implemented a cohesive participant registration system aligning the processes and procedures of 163 disparate chapters, totaling 4400 users, utilizing Community Cloud

• Synthesized data patterns and duplicate identifiers for contact data from 100+ disparate legacy systems lacking unique keys to prepare them for data migration

Advancement Connect Implementations — California Institute of the Arts, Rhodes College, Westmont College

• Developed product implementation templates, engagement processes, and timelines for the Higher Education consulting vertical 

• Analyzed legacy systems and data to offer suggestions of optimal way to provide the most context and value when migrated into Advancement Connect 

• Leveraged advancement experience to anticipate client needs and guide them through analysis and development of business process to determine most effective customizations of Advancement Connect 

NGO Connect Implementation — Girl Scouts of the USA

• Analyzed business needs cross-departmentally and provided recommendations and implementations with an eye toward future developments as 120 councils transition into a single Salesforce Org 

• Consolidated individual reports from all active councils into a portfolio of reports, optimizing KPIs and daily operations indicators, that met the needs of the entire organization

Client Support — NGO Connect & Advancement Connect

• Resolved Tier 2 & 3 Client Support queue cases ranging from issues related to product bugs to errors in data migration to trigger interactions in highly customized instances 

• Instituted roundQueue, a daily call providing the roundCorner team with a central conversation to ask and answer product questions and resolve open Cases reducing the Case resolution time
